  1. Anything that can be postponed should be postponed.
  2. Organize on demand. Fix things once tey break.
  3. Solve problems quickly. Go into details later.
  4. Outsource and pay commission to save time.
  5. Give up control. Focus yourself on product and customers instead.
  6. Make it a hobby reading books to build great products.
