The value cycle is about finding out what jobs people are trying to do, creating something to do the job better than they have already, communicating why what we made was so fab, delivering it to them and then making sure they stay happy
- Cycle – pure Value – teach new skills
- Cycle – pure Promotion - increase demand

When everybody is focused on making things simpler to bring learning curve to 0, it is easy to forget that people have a brain and can learn.
It become insulting when industries push simplicity at the detriment of productivity. (hello windows 8)
Einstein said “Make things as simple as possible, but not simpler.”, at one point customer like to feel less stupid by learning.
