tweaker: Someone who constantly makes slight alterations on (usually a very specific) object, i.e. computer, software, automobile, etc.
- Soviet Union – big idea, but forever tinkering
- United States – real working prototype, but expensive
- Israel – take someones else’s idea, someone else’s product and make it work

Every innovation is a combinaison of other innovation, I don’t think it is valid to think that someone is first, second or third.
We can always find someone before the first, and say after that “he was not the first”.
